Net Zero is a term to describe when an activity produces either no carbon or the amount of carbon is fully offset by an activity that reduces the same amount of carbon from the atmosphere.
In aviation this can be achieved by purchasing carbon offset credits for the same amount of carbon your aircraft produces from the fuel burn.
